Sleep is a core part of recovery. Consistent wake times, morning light and a calm pre-bed routine help the body maintain a reliable rhythm.

Reduce late caffeine, dim bright screens and keep the bedroom cool and quiet. A short wind-down ritual can separate work or training stress from rest.

One poor night does not erase progress. Adjust the next session if needed and return to the usual routine instead of trying extreme fixes.
