Layering for outdoor workouts
Outdoor training feels more comfortable when clothing can adjust. Begin with a moisture-managing base, add warmth when needed and carry a light shell for wind or rain.
Dress for how the body will feel after ten minutes, not only at the front door. Gloves and a hat provide easy temperature control.
Visibility matters in low light. Reflective details and a small light can be more important than another performance fabric.
