Meet Calendar.helloai.jp: Personal Calendars and Easier Group Scheduling

Your own calendar, built around your life
After signing in, every member gets a personal calendar. You can add single-day or multi-day events, upload a different calendar image for each month, and keep those images across many years. Regional holiday rules help distinguish public holidays from ordinary weekdays, while local-language day names make the calendar useful for language learning too.
- Create private events for your own calendar or mark selected events as public.
- Add event images, links, icons, owner profiles, member avatars, and discussion comments.
- Import Google Calendar or Apple Calendar data through your profile.
- Use the responsive layout on desktop, mobile, and iPad.
Try the multi-date scheduling sample
Planning with a group often means asking the same question repeatedly: “Which date works for everyone?” Calendar.helloai.jp includes a simple availability poll inside a public event.
Test Event for multiple date choosing
The sample offers five candidate dates from August 28 to September 1, 2026. Participants enter their name and mark each date as ○ Available, △ Maybe, or × Unavailable. The shared table summarizes every response so the group can quickly identify the strongest date.
Share only what you choose
Personal events remain visible only to their owner. When an event is marked public, it receives a shareable URL and QR code, making it easy to invite participants without exposing the rest of the calendar. Event owners retain control over editing the event and managing participant information.
Visit Calendar.helloai.jp, create your calendar, and try the public multi-date sample to see how quickly a group can move from possibilities to a plan.
